About This Game

Dragon Run is a fast-paced Mandarin Chinese number recognition game. Your dragon races across a magical landscape while glowing number balls fly through the air. The prompt shows a number in Hanyu Pinyin, jump and move to collect the ball showing the matching Chinese character, and avoid the wrong ones.

The game gets faster as your score climbs. Toggle hint mode on with H (or the Hint button on touch) to show the Arabic numeral alongside the Pinyin prompt, useful for learners who are just starting out.

How to Play

• Read the Hanyu Pinyin prompt shown above the game
• Move your dragon using Arrow Left / Right or A / D keys, or the on-screen touch buttons
• Press Space to jump, or Up + Space for a boost jump (🚀 on touch)
• Collect the gold ball with the correct Chinese number, avoid the red ones
• Press H (or the Hint button) to toggle the Arabic numeral hint on or off
• Press Enter (or tap Jump/Boost) to restart after game over
